seront pas en mesure de participer au num\u00e9rique \u2013 les raisons peuvent \u00eatre le manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s num\u00e9rique, la litt\u00e9ratie num\u00e9rique limit\u00e9e ou le manque de confiance dans les outils num\u00e9riques.<br \/>\nEn tant que PartiCipate, nous promouvons toujours une approche de participation mixte.<br \/>\nLa participation mixte est la combinaison intelligente num\u00e9rique n\u00e9cessaire. <\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la participation mixte peut \u00eatre la meilleure approche.<br \/>\nEn d\u00e9veloppant des offres de participation \u00e0 la fois en pr\u00e9sentiel et num\u00e9riques, vous pouvez vous adapter aux besoins et aux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des citoyens.<br \/>\nCette combinaison d\u2019approches peut faciliter et encourager la communication en proposant des outils participatifs qui fonctionnent pour tous.
