necesaria. <\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, la participaci\u00f3n combinada puede ser el mejor enfoque.<br \/>\nAl desarrollar ofertas de participaci\u00f3n tanto presenciales como digitales, se puede adaptar a las necesidades y preferencias de los ciudadanos.<br \/>\nEsta combinaci\u00f3n de enfoques puede facilitar y fomentar la comunicaci\u00f3n al ofrecer herramientas participativas que funcionen para la apropiaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n digital, se puede lograr la eficiencia, la innovaci\u00f3n y la inclusi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLos ciudadanos sentir\u00e1n que est\u00e1n siendo escuchados, lo que a su vez los empodera y puede conducir a una mayor participaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nA menudo, los afectados por un proyecto de planificaci\u00f3n tienen las mejores ideas para su implementaci\u00f3n y, a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n digital, se puede aprovechar f\u00e1cilmente el conocimiento del barrio o la regi\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<p>Aquellos que normalmente no participar\u00edan en eventos presenciales tienen un umbral mucho m\u00e1s bajo para la participaci\u00f3n activa con las herramientas de participaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea.<br \/>\nA
